I worked with PWiC as a global lead for two years where I took the initiative for starting a global ambassadors program. I worked on defining the program vision and timeline, developed material and executed recruitment and onboarding, held leadership calls. The program grew quickly to 12 ambassadors, increasing outreach to 1000+ students and scholarship recipients in community by 50%. Me and my co-lead worked to empower the ambassadors in starting and growing clubs within their own communities, holding events to help students and also mentored them to help them grow as leaders.
